In consideration of your granting this permit I do hereby guarantee both personally and as Traffic Manager of the Kowloon- Canton Railway that no dutiable liquor so unloaded shall be removed from the said shed without a permit from you for so doing; and in the event of any such dutiable liquor being removed without any permit for so doing I do hereby guarantee, both personally and as Traffic Manager for the Kowloon-Canton Railway to pay to you forthwith all duties due on such liquors and I do hereby furthermore guarantee that no dutiable liquor shall be unloaded from the Waggons elsewhere than into the bonded shed of the Kowloon-Canton Railway.
